Protector Forsikring ASA ("Company") has decided to initiate a buyback of up to
100,000 own shares for a maximum amount of NOK 16.5 million. The buyback program
will commence on 12 May 2023 and continue until 2 June 2023. The buyback will be

o Solvency ratio of 198 % (200 %) post dividends

The Board has utilised its authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting
30 March 2023 and has resolved to distribute a special dividend of NOK 164.8
million, corresponding to NOK 2.00 per share. The payment will take place on 11
May 2023.
