How to report a claim?

Claim should be reported as soon as possible after they've happened or occured. You can submit a claim to us by clicking "Submit claim". Each claim type has its own report.

Are you dissatisfied with your claim settlement?

If you are dissatisfied with the claim settlement, you are welcome to submit a complaint. You will find the detailed appeal instructions in the compensation decision you received.
